Keeper’s Heart whiskies are the products of former Jameson master distiller, Brian Nation, who moved to Minneapolis to help the O’Shaughnessy family create a distillery featuring Irish methods. This includes three giant pot stills constructed and shipped from Ireland. The brand features imported extra-aged Irish whisky. Irish whisky blended with American whiskeys, and American whiskey made entirely in the Irish way.
