Cousins from a large, Irish-American family in Minneapolis wanted to create an opportunity for their widespread relatives to get together on occasion. And they wanted to make a business opportunity out of it as well. They found an empty old potato processing factory near a popular craft brewery and turned it into a destination distillery, bar and restaurant, and event space. Sláinte!
